Ravi Kant is qualified in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia, USA and Partner at QGLUE, the Design and Innovation venture of QAI. Ravi guides organizational leadership towards strategic problem-solving. Using Design Thinking as the primary tool, he develops mindsets of Customer Empathy, Innovation Culture and Improved Propositions in his engagements. His immersive experiences create safe environments where participants thrive in sharing ideas, working together across organizational boundaries and getting a buy-in to implement them on the business floors.
He worked in corporate (the Royal Bank of Scotland and Polaris) and consulting (Innovation Spark Asia) for over 30 years and also managed strategic deliveries for Polaris’ marquee clients like Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank. For RBS, Ravi was the Business Head responsible for leadership of multiple Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking platforms, building capability, leveraging his banking experiences in M&A transitions and integrations and mentoring and coaching cross-platform teams.
